A New Entry

Well. As per the request of several people, as well as a realization of my neglectful nature, I am adding a post on here to give an update of my life, and maybe even post a little bit of my recent work. 

There are four main facets of my life that I'll give an update about: Work, School, Spirituality, and Romance.

Work

Work is called such because it kicks your butt. Work, in a scientific sense, is defined as anything that exerts energy upon something else (at least I think that is what it was defined as... I haven't used the left side of my brain in a while... If it were a child, it'd be curled up in the corner of the darkness of my skull, sucking its thumb and trembling in loneliness.). The energy exerted on me in this case is the fact that several clients bailed on me this week, much to my demise (and may I add outside of my control?). One, glorious to report, eventually came back and mended the relationship, and decided to pony up for the cost of professional work. My personal business aside, I am working as an art director now in the Ad Lab... Which means, in a nutshell, that I get paid for a fraction of my time I spend there. Honestly, I'd still be there even if I weren't getting paid, mostly because Jeff Sheets would sell his own children for airfare to get my portfolio to New York and provide for my future... So I am willing to give him the majority of my week. It is, after all, a lot of fun, and great for my future.

School

"Mike Morris? ... Mike Morris? ... Oh, he's not here?" 

"Right... He's working on something for the lab."

Spirituality / the Gospel
