Flight of the Conchords
I've noticed that as I have spent more time in the creative track and studying design, I've become more interested in the "fartsy" side of art. What does that mean exactly? Exactly—it can mean whatever you want, as long as it comes from within.
But, I've noticed that my appreciation for obscure things, such as art or TV shows has increased. Case in point:
The Flight of the Conchords."
It is a show about two mediocre musicians from New Zealand who have come to New York to try to promote their band and make it big in America. The sample below is from the HBO podcast on iTunes, and is a great representation of the entire show:
For any of you who happen to have HBO on demand, check it out. It is absolutely hilarious. It's like Napoleon Dynamite meets talented producers and excellent production quality.
